Memorial JHS Eagles Club

What is the Memorial JHS Eagles Club? Memorial JHS Eagles Club was started a few years ago by a group of parents, guardians, teachers and staff who work together for the benefit of the students and athletes at Memorial.  We volunteer our time and sponsor various Fundraising activities in order to help provide the students/athletes with necessities that are not normally budgeted by the school or school district. Some of things that the Eagles Club has been able to assist with over the past few years are:

• Help fund the annual 9th grade yearbook signing breakfast
• Purchase of a cotton candy and popcorn machine for use at movie night and various other functions
• Purchase of a 9th grade yearbook ad
• Purchase of outdoor pop up tents for the athletic department
• Purchase of medals for the Parent-Teacher-Student Volleyball Tournament
• A Donation towards the purchase of competition uniforms for the Kick line team
• A Donation towards Drama Club’s productions
• A Donation towards Heritage Night
• Help fund the annual end of the year Dunk Tank Carnival

These are just some of the ways in which we give back to the students of Memorial.

How do we fundraise? Some of the ways in which we fundraise include selling boxes of chocolate bars, spirit cups, raffle baskets, operate snack stands at the athletic and school events and sell school spirit items such as backpacks, car magnets and school clothing.

We are always open to new ideas and encourage EVERYONE to get involved. We work in collaboration with the teachers and staff at Memorial. Some things that are planned for the upcoming school year are our annual Parent-Teacher-Student Volleyball tournament, Parent-Teacher Bowling night out, a cookie dough fundraiser, the snack stands at the athletic games and school events, and the collection of Box Tops. We hope you will donate your time and share your ideas and suggestions. The more support from you, the bigger and better our club will be!
